Thank you. I have fatigue, headaches, swollen ankles. Difficult to know what is from arthritis and what is from the SDA food combining diet ( 3 plus months ) and what is from the vegan diet ( 3 plus weeks ). I don’t ever want to eat the way I used to.

I started a plant-based diet froma very clean diet including green smoothies, chicken spinach rice etc. I feel horrible! Its day 4..this headache is unreal.
ahhh yes! That happens, its just your body getting used to the change. stick with it, drink lots of water and get a workout and of course check in with your doctor if you feel badly. how are you doing now?

Hi!! What suburb of Amsterdam is this located in? My family is looking to relocate there from the US as well in 2021! :) Any tips would be appreciated!
Yes! its a big decision, but life is really nice here. We live in the centrum/west part of town. Kind of in the middle of everything! I'd say, downsize all your stuff before moving because the houses are way smaller and with way less storage :) And, try to learn dutch of course, it goes a long way with the natives!

The Lavender Lifestyle they are huge here. Like every day of the week and stuff is really fairly priced. You should visit!!

What hair products do you use?!
I don't use anything other than shampoo and conditioner. The shampoo and conditioner I use is a US brand called Amazon Beauty and the line is Rahua. :) I also only wash my hair like every 3rd day

Chocolate chip cookies are my downfall!! SO so so so good. I will need to try this recipe! And I LOVE that it is gluten free! Gf cookies can he hard sometimes..
haha yes they are definitely hard! The cool thing is you don't taste the chickpea at all!
They look really good. Not going to lie though the thought of using chickpea juice to make cookies grosses me out. I don't mind eating chickpeas but using the juice from them to make cookies sounds gross to me. I still might make this recipe just to try it.
hahah, well just so you know the recipe uses such a small amount of it and you don't know its in there at all. You can't even slightly taste it. But let me know if you get brave and try it! its so good!

Sugar is so hard to avoid! Last summer I finally got a food test done because I was having so many issues with food, and I learned I am intolerant of corn (which is also in everything) and refined sugar. It has been so tough to cut it out! I'm still not perfect and cave every once in a while, but for the most part I don't eat it and I feel soooo much better. These were good tips!!!
thank you! I'm glad you found the tips helpful. Sugar is so hard to avoid, plus corn too! its in practically everything! Everything is sweetened with HFCS, which is super super hard to avoid. I'm glad you have been able to do it for the most part and feel better though. its so worth it once you get past the tough beginning. :)
